Authorization Letter To Collect Certificate
How to a letter to authorize someone to collect a certificate on your behalf?
- Identity the person whom you wish to authorize. Name alone is not enough. You need to either specify some identification document number or at least specify the relevancy degree: my brother, my mother, etc.
- Specify the type of the certificate: marriage certificate, birth certificate, graduation certificate, etc.
- Specify the certificate issue date. This is important so that the same authorization cannot be used again.
- Specify the name of the company, hospital, or organization from where the certificate will be collected.
